We begin with a brief chat to understand how you’re feeling, any specific concerns, and what you’d like to focus on—whether it's stress relief, emotional balance, or energy healing.
✨ Guided Breathwork or Meditation (optional)
To help you relax and become more present, we may start with a few minutes of simple breathwork or a calming meditation to ease you into the session.
✨ Reiki Energy Healing
You’ll lie comfortably (fully clothed) while Reiki energy is gently channeled through light, non-invasive touch or just above the body. This promotes deep relaxation, clears energetic blockages, and helps restore balance to your system.
✨ Grounding & Integration
We’ll gently guide you back after the session, often ending with grounding techniques or a short reflection to help you absorb the benefits and leave feeling centered and refreshed.

We begin with a short conversation to understand your goals, challenges, and experience with breathwork. Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional release, or better focus, the session is tailored to your needs.
✨ Introduction to Breathwork Techniques
You’ll be guided through effective, beginner-friendly techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, box breathing, coherent breathing, or conscious connected breathing. Each method is carefully selected based on your personal or group intentions.
✨ Guided Breathwork Session
In a calm and supportive environment, you’ll be led through a breathwork practice—typically 20–30 minutes—designed to calm the nervous system, boost energy, or release emotional blocks. Group sessions may include music, themes, or shared intentions to enhance the collective energy.
